The role focuses on staffing, performance management, capacity planning, incident readiness, operational standards, vendor relationships, cloud and datacenter spend, and communication with studio, security, and executive stakeholders. It is a leadership position rather than hands-on engineering, requires significant infrastructure and distributed-team experience, and is based in Austin, Texas with a hybrid work arrangement.
