AAA Oregon/Idaho is hiring a Senior Insurance Manager to develop profitable agency growth across a large region, support and supervise Insurance Sales Professionals and Insurance Sales Representatives, and recommend strategies to meet departmental goals. The role is based in Boise, Idaho, with up to 25% regional travel, and includes supervising 20–30 full-time Insurance Sales Professionals. Required qualifications include a related bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, P&C insurance licensure, at least five years of insurance sales leadership experience, and strong managerial, analytical, communication, negotiation, and computer skills.
