AAA Oregon/Idaho is hiring a Senior Insurance Manager to develop profitable agency growth across a large region and supervise 20–30 full-time Insurance Sales Professionals and Insurance Sales Representatives. The role includes recruiting, developing, supervising dispersed staff, recommending strategies to meet departmental goals, and advising the Vice President of Insurance on disciplinary matters. It is based in Boise, Idaho, with up to 25% regional travel, and requires a related bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, P&C insurance licensure, and at least five years of insurance sales leadership experience.
