Oscar is hiring a Senior Manager, Insurance Product Competitive Intelligence to lead intelligence programs for its operating geographies, segments, and products. The role monitors competitor strategies, benefits, networks, regulatory developments, and market dynamics; develops competitor profiles, strategic insights, and executive presentations; and partners with product, actuarial, network, clinical, sales, and market teams to support growth, retention, portfolio optimization, and strategic planning. It is a remote work-from-home position for eligible residents of specified states, with base pay of $134,136–$176,053 per year in most locations and $149,040–$195,615 per year in California, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, and Washington, plus benefits, equity, and performance bonuses.
