Description

Toast is hiring a Senior Manager to build and manage its integration and channel partner ecosystem across Australia and APAC. The role will source, negotiate, and manage partner relationships; develop the channel partner strategy from scratch; define partner programs, incentives, and enablement; manage the partner lifecycle; and collaborate with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Development Relations. The position is based in Sydney, Australia, requires 5–7 years of relevant experience, and allows less than 20% travel.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 5–7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategy-related roles
Experience at a large technology company in business development or partnerships, or a background in investment banking or management consulting
Experience managing partner relationships and negotiating commercial agreements
Experience building or scaling a channel partner program
Experience collaborating across Sales, Product, Customer Success, Legal, and Development Relations
Experience working with geographically dispersed and international teams
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Australian or APAC hospitality, restaurant, or retail technology
Existing network of integration or channel partners across Australia and APAC markets
Prior experience in an early-stage or founding-team capacity
Experience using Salesforce, Monday.com, Ironclad, or Snowflake for partner pipelines and agreements
Understanding of Australia/APAC go-to-market dynamics and partnership-driven adoption
