Keurig Dr Pepper is hiring a Senior Manager, Inventory Optimization and Operations Planning to lead enterprise-wide inventory optimization, sales and operations execution, inventory policy governance, and planning capability transformation. The role partners with senior leaders across supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, commercial, finance, and logistics; develops inventory targets and Days on Hand policies in o9 and ERP systems; models supply-chain inventory; supports capacity planning; and drives working-capital improvement and obsolescence reduction. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least eight years of supply-chain planning experience with progressive leadership responsibility, strong analytical and cross-functional leadership skills, and hands-on ERP experience.
