The role will manage complex workplace investigations, set investigation standards, oversee quality assurance, maintain a centralized record of staff matters, use technology and data to scale the function, and recruit and develop future team members. It is fully remote, requires overlap with East Africa and US Eastern time zones, and offers base salaries of $114,660 in the United States, £77,600 in the United Kingdom, and $83,820 in Kenya, plus bonuses and benefits stipends.
