Regency Centers is hiring a Senior Manager, Investments (Development) for its Raleigh, North Carolina or Jacksonville, Florida office. The role supports shopping center development and redevelopment across all phases, including deal sourcing, acquisition, underwriting, zoning and entitlements, design, permitting, construction, leasing negotiation, and delivery, while coordinating closely with leasing, operations, internal teams, and external resources. Candidates need at least five years of related commercial real estate experience, strong local market knowledge, development and financial analysis skills, and the company does not sponsor employment-based immigration petitions for this position.
