Description
The Senior IT Manager leads IT operations for a defined business area, managing staff, budgets, service delivery, vendor coordination, security compliance, and enterprise technology initiatives. The role supports revenue-generating ISP and production technology services for studios, building management systems, and line-of-business applications for corporate clients, while serving as an escalation point for VIP and C-Level executives. It requires 8–10 years of progressive IT experience, a bachelor’s degree, strong Microsoft 365 and enterprise infrastructure knowledge, and the ability to work flexible hours.
