ServiceNow is hiring a Senior Manager, Launch Program Management to lead end-to-end planning and execution of Tier 1 and Tier 2 product launches and strategic market activations. The role coordinates workstreams across Product and Solutions Marketing, Product Management, Brand, Digital, Communications, Sales Enablement, Field Marketing, Partner Marketing, Strategic Events, and Executive Leadership; manages launch portfolios and sequencing; develops executive communications and dashboards; and uses AI tools to improve execution. Candidates need 10+ years of experience leading complex marketing, product launch, program management, or business operations initiatives in enterprise technology organizations, along with strong stakeholder, portfolio, executive, and analytical capabilities. Base pay is $148,900–$232,700 plus equity, variable compensation, and benefits.
