Description
The Lean Manufacturing Operations Manager will partner with site leadership to develop and execute continuous-improvement plans, lead transformation efforts, apply Lean and value-stream tools, improve visual and daily-management reporting, facilitate kaizen events, analyze transaction-based processes, and coach employees in Lean methods. The role requires at least 10 years of progressive manufacturing experience, a bachelor’s degree, strong leadership and facilitation skills, and experience with regulated markets; it is based in Sparks, Maryland, with a stated requirement of at least four days of in-office presence per week and an annual salary range of $134,100 to $214,500 USD.
