Walmart is hiring a Senior Manager, Learning & Development, Technical Training to lead the strategy, design, delivery, and continuous improvement of technical training programs for workforce capability and operational excellence. The role partners with business leaders, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams; develops competency-based training, learning pathways, assessments, and performance support; manages budgets, vendors, and resources; and leads a high-performing team. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, prior experience leading technical or field-based training programs, and strong program or project management experience are required. The position is based in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, with a pay range of $109,400.00 to $150,480.00.
