Description
BD is hiring a Senior Manager, Learning Experience Architect to lead global sales learning strategy, curriculum architecture, instructional technology, and measurement within its Global Sales Operations & Effectiveness organization. The role designs and governs scalable learning journeys across eLearning, instructor-led, blended, and in-field enablement; integrates LMS, CRM, CPQ, CLM, AI, analytics, and sales methodologies; evaluates learning impact using commercial and performance data; and partners with Sales, HR, Technology, and regional teams to drive adoption and measurable business outcomes. The position is based in New Jersey or remote within approximately a 2.5-hour flight of New Jersey, with up to 25% travel.
