Description
The role provides legal and strategic advice to the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) and supports the day-to-day management of OLAGC, including contract drafting and negotiation, risk management, dispute resolution, litigation support, external counsel management, regulatory compliance, and team mentoring. It requires a law degree, admission to the bar or practice of law in a recognised international jurisdiction, and 8–10 years of post-qualification experience in an internationally recognised law firm or an in-house legal function in a UAE or multinational company, preferably in general corporate or commercial practice. Fluent English is essential, with Arabic desirable.
