Description
The role leads photolithography sustaining operations, process development and transfers, yield and quality improvement, and cross-functional manufacturing execution in a high-volume semiconductor environment. Responsibilities include optimizing lithography processes, managing process SPC and capacity constraints, supporting EUV and advanced scanner integration, resolving complex process issues, and mentoring process engineers and technicians. The position requires a master’s degree in electrical or electronics engineering or a related discipline, at least 10 years of semiconductor process engineering experience, and at least 3 years as a photolithography process owner.
