Norton Rose Fulbright is hiring a Senior Manager, Litigation Docketing to lead the firm’s US litigation docketing function. The role oversees a centralized team, establishes operational and quality standards, optimizes docketing processes and technology, manages staffing and workload, supports recruitment and succession planning, and serves as a resource for lawyers and legal professionals. It may be located in any US office and offers a flexible hybrid work arrangement. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years of litigation docketing, calendaring, or case management experience, or an alternative 10-year experience path, along with knowledge of court rules, complex deadline calculations, and litigation software such as Milana. The full-time base annual salary is expected to range from $150,000 to $200,000, with non-guaranteed bonus opportunities.
