Description
The Litigation Program Management role oversees the strategic planning and operational execution of technology standards litigation projects. It coordinates internal and external stakeholders, manages litigation investment and resources, supports preparation of legal, economic, and FRAND arguments, develops capabilities in new litigation countries, and implements litigation-management processes. The role requires at least five years of hands-on litigation and dispute-resolution experience, intellectual-property and licensing expertise, strong legal and communication skills, IT proficiency, a master’s degree in law, and admission to practice law in China.
