Description
The Local Study Operations Line Manager leads Local Study Operations Managers and oversees the delivery of a country’s study portfolio from feasibility through close-out. The role manages scope, timelines, budgets, risks, quality, resources, vendor performance, and team development; supports study placement decisions; and collaborates with country and global stakeholders to align local operations with global research objectives. Qualifications include a doctorate with two years of clinical execution experience or equivalent education and experience combinations, plus at least two years of people-management or leadership experience.
