Comfrt is hiring a Senior Manager of Logistics to own the strategic and operational management of its outbound carrier network and parcel optimization initiatives. The role leads national and regional parcel carriers, LTL providers, and final-mile partners; negotiates rates and contracts; develops multi-carrier and zone-skipping strategies; reduces single-carrier risk; and improves cost, service, sustainability, and unit economics. Responsibilities also include packaging optimization, dimensional-weight reduction, shipping analytics, TMS and OMS/WMS integration, budget management, and support for new market and channel launches. The position requires 7+ years of relevant logistics experience and is fully remote.
