Yerba Madre is hiring a Senior Manager, Logistics to own end-to-end order review, fulfillment, domestic and international transportation, carrier and 3PL performance, customs coordination, warehouse governance, and the multi-year logistics network strategy. Reporting to the SVP, Global Supply Chain, the role leads three Logistics Specialists and balances hands-on operational execution with strategic analysis, cost optimization, KPI management, and team development. The position requires a hybrid schedule with three days per week in the Oakland, California office, approximately 15% travel, and a salary range of $140,000 to $183,800 USD.
