Description
The Senior Manager, Loss Prevention Outreach & Engagement leads strategy development and implementation to build and sustain relationships with law enforcement and local government entities. This role focuses on resolving theft incidents, improving safety and security, and collaborating with internal and external partners to refine processes, training, and reporting mechanisms. Key responsibilities include driving community engagement, analyzing data to inform strategic decisions, managing reporting and data analysis, overseeing Case Management system enhancements, and fostering external partnerships.
