Description
Airbnb is hiring a senior Machine Learning and Data Engineering leader to drive AI investment priorities, set a multi-year technical roadmap, partner with Product, Design, and Data Science on high-impact ML initiatives, build efficient data pipelines, define business-outcome metrics, and grow and mentor a team of ML and Data engineers. The role requires 12+ years of engineering experience, including 5+ years managing teams, a degree in Computer Science or a related field, enterprise-scale product experience, and modern AI technology experience. It is US-remote eligible, may include occasional office or offsite work, and offers a base pay range of $248,000 to $310,000 USD.
