PDI is hiring a Senior Manager, Maintenance to lead the site maintenance organization across multiple shifts in a regulated manufacturing environment. The role oversees equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, CMMS adoption, work management, spare parts, safety, quality, and continuous improvement while developing maintenance leaders and ensuring accountability across the team. The position requires regular manufacturing-floor presence, may require response to urgent issues outside normal hours, and offers a salary of $155,000 to $170,000 annually plus bonus, along with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
