DENSO Manufacturing North Carolina is hiring a Senior Manager of Maintenance in Statesville, North Carolina, to lead maintenance strategy, reliability, equipment availability, technical capability, budgets, continuous improvement, safety, and performance across a highly automated manufacturing environment. The role manages production maintenance, machine shop, die shop, and spare-parts operations; develops long-term maintenance plans; reduces downtime; partners with production, engineering, safety, quality, and other business leaders; and develops maintenance leaders and associates. The position supports a 24/7 operation and may require off-shift or weekend support.
