Aligned Data Centers is hiring a Senior Manager, Maintenance Program to own the enterprise maintenance strategy, governance, standards, vendor contracts, quality assurance, analytics, and execution consistency across its data center markets. The role leads Regional Maintenance Program Managers, partners with construction, reliability, engineering, and operations, and requires 8–12 years of mission-critical maintenance leadership experience, with a bachelor’s degree preferred. The position is hybrid and based at one of the company’s designated data center locations.
