Panther Life Sciences is hiring a Senior Manager, Manufacturing to lead its internal commercial manufacturing operations in Pittsburgh. The role will own technology transfer, production planning, quality, yield, cost, delivery, equipment readiness, supply chain, and manufacturing systems as products move from pilot and pivotal scale into commercial production. The manager will build and lead a manufacturing team, manage budgets and capacity planning, and scale the operation to support hundreds of thousands to millions of units. The position requires experience in regulated manufacturing, commercial production, technology transfer, supply chain, and manufacturing leadership, with benefits including stock options and medical, dental, and vision insurance.
