Description
Chromalloy is hiring a Senior Manager, Manufacturing Operations to lead aerospace manufacturing and repair operations across assigned product lines. The role owns production readiness, capacity, throughput, scheduling, on-time delivery, workforce performance, safety, quality, regulatory compliance, budgets, P&L, inventory, and continuous improvement. It requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least seven years of leadership experience in aerospace manufacturing, aerospace MRO, or a similarly regulated manufacturing environment. The position may require evening, weekend, and holiday work and is limited to U.S. persons.
