Description
The Senior Manager of Manufacturing Process Engineering leads process-engineering initiatives that improve manufacturing quality, efficiency, safety, and cost performance. The role manages a team of manufacturing and process engineers and technical specialists, partners with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Design Engineering, and external manufacturing partners, and leads process standardization, optimization, capacity improvement, automation, tooling, validation, and continuous-improvement projects. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline and 8–12 years of progressive manufacturing or process-engineering experience, including at least three years of people-management or technical-mentorship experience. It is primarily based in flexible office and manufacturing-plant environments with approximately 25% travel, and the stated U.S. hiring range is $126,200 to $264,100 per annum.
