Description
The Senior Manager of Manufacturing Process Engineering leads process-engineering initiatives that improve manufacturing quality, efficiency, safety, and cost performance. The role manages a team of engineers and technical specialists, partners with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Design Engineering, and external manufacturing partners, and leads process standardization, optimization, capacity improvement, automation, tooling, validation, and continuous-improvement projects. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline and 8–12 years of progressive manufacturing or process-engineering experience, including people-management or technical-mentorship experience. The role is primarily based in flexible office and manufacturing-plant environments, with travel expected up to approximately 25%, and offers a U.S. hiring range of $126,200 to $264,100 per annum.
