Senior Manager – Manufacturing Test Operations at ARM

Arm is hiring a Senior Manager to lead manufacturing test operations for next-generation semiconductor products across Cloud, Infrastructure, and Automotive segments. The role owns end-to-end test strategy for complex SoCs, including Advantest V93K and SmarTest environments, silicon bring-up, characterization, yield analysis, lab and automation infrastructure, OSAT production ramp, and cross-functional team and vendor leadership. The position requires 15+ years of semiconductor test engineering experience, strong ATE and DFT expertise, and hands-on leadership.
