Description

Frazier & Deeter is seeking a Practice Lead to grow and expand its Marital Dissolution Litigation Support & Forensic Advisory practice. The role leads complex divorce and matrimonial engagements, develops attorney and client relationships, manages financial analyses and valuations, provides expert witness and trial support, manages engagement economics and staffing, mentors professionals, and represents the firm in thought leadership. The position requires a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field, CPA certification, and at least 8 years of relevant experience, with advanced credentials preferred.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
Required Previous Experiences: 8+ years of experience in litigation support, forensic accounting, business valuation, or dispute advisory services
Demonstrated success leading and growing a marital dissolution litigation support practice
Significant experience serving as an expert witness and preparing expert reports
Established network of attorney, family law, business litigation, and referral relationships
Proven track record of business development, practice growth, and revenue generation
Experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing professional teams
Preferred Qualifications: Advanced credentials such as ABV, CVA, CFF, CFE, ASA, or CFA
