Description
The Senior Manager, Material Sourcing, Footwear leads the entire process of material sourcing, development, and bulk production for footwear products. This role involves collaborating with various internal teams such as Design, Product Development, Merchandising, QA, and Supply Chain to ensure designs are translated into commercially viable materials. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing material sourcing strategies, overseeing bulk production readiness, managing supplier relationships, ensuring product quality and compliance, maintaining accurate material data, and leading a team of material sourcing professionals.
