Boehringer Ingelheim is hiring a Senior Manager - Medicine Communications (HP) to shape and coordinate the global execution of its Medicine Communications Strategic Agenda. The role partners with Human Pharma and the Chief Medical Officer, advises senior management on employee engagement and leader communication, develops communication platforms, implements global governance and processes, and builds teams to support transformation and change. Candidates need a university degree in mass communication, journalism, or media management, extensive communications experience, strategic leadership communications experience in a healthcare matrix organization, editorial and copywriting skills, crisis and issues management experience, and strong English proficiency.
