Description
The Senior Manager, Mentor Programs leads the strategic and day-to-day operations of SEO’s 10th-grade scholar mentorship program. The role oversees mentor recruitment, partnerships, selection, matching, training, compliance, volunteer coordination, program evaluation, Salesforce and Together Platform records, and Saturday programming. It is a full-time, regular hybrid position in New York, New York, with three days per week in the SEO office or at Long Island University and Baruch College, and in-person attendance required for Saturday programming. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, at least three years of experience overseeing youth-facing mentoring or employee volunteer programs with high school students, and at least two years managing staff.
