Description
The Senior Manager will lead Paytm's merchant operations function, owning the end-to-end merchant lifecycle from acquisition and onboarding through KYC/KYB processing, activation, account management, and ongoing compliance. The role oversees onboarding workflows, risk and regulatory controls, operational dashboards, escalations, banking and vendor relationships, process excellence, budgets, and performance metrics across domestic and international acquiring. It requires 10+ years of payments or fintech operations experience, including at least 5 years in leadership, along with strong regulatory, analytical, stakeholder, and team-management capabilities.
