Description
Airwallex is hiring a leader to head its APAC Merchant Risk Operations team for payments. The role owns operational performance, monitoring, investigation, escalation, policy implementation, risk tooling, automation, AI/LLM workflows, key risk metrics, and stakeholder management across the APAC region. Candidates need at least 8 years of payments, fintech, or acquiring experience, including 3+ years of people management, plus expertise in merchant risk areas such as credit and fraud risk or brand risk, along with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
