Trust for Public Land is hiring a Senior Project Manager based in the Wenatchee office to manage a portfolio of land acquisition and conservation easement projects for the Washington Conservation team. The role involves vetting and advancing conservation transactions, conducting due diligence, negotiating agreements, managing budgets, pursuing public funding, supporting regional conservation planning, and engaging landowners, agencies, tribes, community groups, and donors. The position requires moderate to frequent travel, offers a hybrid work environment, and provides a base salary of $95,000-$105,000 with medical, dental, and vision insurance.
