Description

Capital Group is seeking an experienced Senior Manager of Executive Security Services to join their Global Safety and Security team. This role involves developing and implementing global safety and security strategies, mitigating risks impacting senior leadership and business operations, and overseeing security services for executives worldwide. The manager will also be responsible for coordinating with regional teams, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure compliance, recommend solutions, and guide adoption of new security technologies.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 7+ years in a corporate security or a government role with a focus on executive protection, program management, security operations, travel safety and security, and event/incident monitoring and reporting
Preferred Qualifications: college degree, advanced degree a plus
Law enforcement experience, especially within Southern California
Reasonable proximity to Downtown Los Angeles
EP Training Certification
First Aid / Medical Certification
Evasive / Defensive Driving Certification
Demonstrated history of safe driving with a clean DMV record
