The role combines team leadership, stakeholder management, budgeting, and strategic IT planning, with responsibility for SaaS and cloud-based solutions, Agile execution, and code scanning/security compliance. The position requires at least a bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of relevant experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and experience with SaaS, AWS, application development, and Agile processes; preferred qualifications include a master’s degree, modern application development experience, and domain experience in safety, continuity, and bot/AI technologies.
