CleanSpark is hiring a Senior Manager, Onsite Generation & Power Origination to lead outbound power origination for behind-the-meter opportunities. The role identifies generation assets and power producers, assesses feasibility across land, gas, water, permitting, and interconnection, structures and negotiates power purchase, tolling, and capacity agreements, develops project economics, selects EPC partners, and advances opportunities through negotiation to execution. The manager also oversees an Onsite Generation & Power Origination Associate and develops the outbound origination playbook. The position requires substantial power project development experience, executed energy transaction experience, strong financial modeling and project economics skills, and willingness to travel throughout the United States.
