Arvato is hiring a Senior Manager Operational Logistics to lead a highly automated logistics site serving a German retail customer in the B2C business. The role manages a multi-level organization of 200 to 400 employees across a two-shift operation, oversees operational performance, customer KPIs, service levels, cost and personnel deployment, and drives Lean, KVP, change, and transformation initiatives. The position requires several years of operational logistics leadership experience, a relevant degree, strong process and ERP knowledge, and fluent German and English skills. It is an unlimited-term role with a hybrid mobile-office arrangement and company health insurance.
