Talkiatry is hiring a Sr. Manager, Operational Programs to own and improve high-priority clinical operations programs, including clinician onboarding, network support, analytics, workflow design, automation, and cross-functional change management. The role reports to the VP of Operational Programs and requires 4–6+ years of experience in consulting, operations, program management, or implementation, along with quantitative, systems-thinking, automation, and cross-functional leadership skills.
