The role provides leadership across manufacturing and janitorial teams, ensures operational continuity across shifts, supports the Associate Director of Operations, and oversees manufacturing performance, GMP compliance, capacity planning, quality systems, audits, CAPA, and continuous improvement. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, at least five years of operations supervision or management experience in a regulated manufacturing environment, and expertise in GMP, risk-based verification, and operational problem solving.
