Description
The Senior Manager Operations leads complex operational-excellence consulting projects for manufacturing and industrial clients, analyzing value chains and business processes, developing Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, or similar improvement concepts, and delivering sustainable process improvements. The role manages project teams, builds long-term client relationships, supports business development, and may contribute to strategy, supply chain, and procurement. It is an ongoing, unlimited-term position with frequent client work and typical Friday office work in Munich, Cologne, or Hamburg.
