Regal Rexnord is hiring a Senior Manager, Operations Programs to lead cross-functional operational programs across the Linear Motion Division, covering manufacturing performance, capital planning, facility programs, automation, productivity, supply chain, ERP implementation, and continuous improvement. The role partners with manufacturing sites and functional leaders, establishes governance and reporting systems, and may provide interim support to plant or operations managers. It is remote from an approved location, requires substantial manufacturing and program-management experience, and offers an expected annual base salary of $140,000 to $160,000 plus medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
