Orange Sky is hiring an experienced Operations Support Manager for a 12–16 month fixed-term contract. The role reports to the Director of Marketing & Operations Support and oversees volunteer support, asset and fleet operations, volunteer experience, MyOS platform improvement, team leadership, budgets, resource allocation, and operational risk. The position requires senior leadership experience, systems thinking, strategic and financial acumen, stakeholder management, and the ability to travel when needed.
