Description
The Senior Manager, Worldwide GTM Finance will lead global operating expense forecasting, consolidation, driver-based planning, financial modeling, variance analysis, executive reporting, and strategic cost-visibility initiatives across the worldwide sales organization. The role partners with Theater Finance, Corporate FP&A, HR, Procurement, IT, Marketing, and Sales leadership, manages cross-functional projects, and serves as a strategic advisor on investment decisions and profitable growth. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 8–10+ years of progressive FP&A or Sales Finance experience, expert Excel financial modeling, and strong communication and project-management skills. The position is hybrid, with an expected starting annual compensation of USD 202,000–302,000.
