Description
Kymera Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Manager or Associate Director, Feasibility Analytics & Insights to lead analytical and technical work in clinical trial planning and feasibility. The role develops enrollment forecasts, scenario analyses, dashboards, reports, and automated decision-support tools; integrates epidemiology, patient, competitive, historical, and operational data; monitors study performance; and partners with Clinical Operations, Clinical Development, Program Management, and portfolio leadership. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least seven years of experience in clinical trial feasibility reporting, analytics, business intelligence, or clinical operations, and proficiency with Power BI or Tableau, Excel, and clinical data systems.
