Deloitte is hiring a Senior Manager, Organization Transformation, in Zaventem to shape people strategies and change architectures for digital and AI transformation. The role advises clients, aligns leadership, designs workshops and learning experiences, leads AI adoption, measures adoption, manages complex stakeholder relationships, and develops strategic bids and client relationships. Candidates need 6–10 years of organizational and digital transformation experience, strong change and stakeholder-management skills, commercial acumen, and fluency in English, French, or Dutch. The position offers a hybrid workplace and part-time work under an 80% or 90% regime.
