Intuit is hiring a Senior Manager, Partners to build and own a scaled customer success capability delivered through outsourced partner organizations. The role will manage 1–2 delivery partners with 40+ FTEs each, establish service operating models, SLAs, quality standards, and performance metrics, and drive mid-market customer adoption, retention, expansion, escalations, and partner performance. The position requires at least seven years of client success leadership experience, including experience with outsourced delivery partners and mid-market B2B clients, and offers base pay of $172,000–$233,000 in Mountain View, California; $160,000–$217,000 in New York; and $143,500–$194,000 in San Diego, California.
